Peter and Sharon Rennebohn have applied for wetland boundary&type approval for the wetlands
located at 4565 Bayside Road in the city of Orono (PID 0611723210005).
A wetland delineation was conducted by Svoboda Ecological Services on September 13`�, 2014. Two
wetlands were delineated on site. Wetland 1 was classified as a Type 2 Wet Meadow. Wetland 2 was
classified as a Type 2 Wet Meadow.
The boundaries will be reviewed in the field by MCWD staff.

Peter and Sharon Rennebohn have applied for wetland boundary&type approval for the wetlands
located at 4565 Bayside Road in the city of Orono(PID 0611723210005).
A wetland delineation was conducted by Svoboda Ecological Services on September 13'�',2014.Two
wetlands were delineated on site. Wetland 1 was classified as a Type 2 Wet Meadow. Wetland 2 was
classified as a Type 2 Wet Meadow.
MC WD staff conducted a site visit to review the wetland boundary on October 20, 2014. Due to
presence of upland vegetation and a topographic break within the area delineated as Wetland 1,the
boundaiy was adjusted. Svoboda Ecological Services sent an updated map that shows the adjusted
boundaiy(attached). MCWD was in agreement with the boundary flagged as Wetland 2 in the field.
Wetland 2 is drained by a ravine that is displayed on the attached map.
MCWD approves the wetland boundary as documented in the updated Figure 5 (attached)and wetland
type that was documented in the delineation report. This decision is valid for five years.A future
project located on this property may require a permit from the MCWD.

Replacement Plan Approval Conditions. In addition to any conditions specified by the LGU, the
approval of a Wetland Replacement Plan is conditional upon the following:
❑Financial Assurance: Far project-specific replacement that is not in-advance,a financial assurance
specified by the LGU must be submitted to the LGU in accordance with MN Rule 8420.0522, Subp. 9
(List amount and type in LGU Findings).
❑ Deed Recording: For project-spec�c replacement,evidence must be provided to the LGU that the
BWSR "Declaration of Restrictions and Covenants" and "Consent to Replacement Wetland" forms
have been filed with the county recorder's office in which the replacement wetland is located.
❑ Credit Withdrawal: For replacement consisting of wetland bank credits,conf'u-mation that BWSR
has withdrawn the credits fi•om the state wetland bank as specified in the approved replacement plan.
Wetlands may not be impacteci until all applicable conditions have been met!

Tim and Mary Doubek applied for a No-Loss detei�rnination for the proposed relocation of a house.The
pi•oject is located at 4555 and 4565 Bayside Rd in the City of Orono(PIDs 0611723210009 and
0611723210010). Legal Description: Section 6,Township 117, Range 23. A complete application was
received February 10, 2015. A wetland boundaiy and type decision for the property was made on
November 20,2014(WCA Boundary&Type Application W14-43).
The applicant proposes to relocate a house from 4565 Bayside Rd to 4555 Bayside Rd. The proposed
route to relocate the house traverses a Type 2 Wetland. The applicant proposes to move the house
during frozen conditions and will not be utilizing fill or temporary mats to traverse the wetland.The
proposed project will be completed in one day.
MCWD found that the activities described in the application meet No-Loss criteria described in MN
Rules 8420,0415 Subp A(an activity that will not impact a wetland)and is hereby approved.This
decision is valid for 3 years. An MCWD permit is required for this project.
