I noticed that Christine was gone and won't be back until Monday. I am sure you have plenty of other work to do, but I
would like to have someone look at this "as-built" survey to make sure we are good. Is it possible for you to do that?
I attached the "as-built" survey per the City of Orono inspections card. I do want to note that the highlighted foundation
walls were increased in height by 12", but this will not affect the overall building height due to the fact that I changed
the floor trusses in those areas to mid chord bearing—See detail on the attached drawing. The reason I increased the
foundation wall height in those locations was to accommodate a waterproofed and insulated concrete wall for the soil
to be against vs treated plywood. This will give us a better drainage in those areas of the house.
Mark Gronberg will make (2) full sized copies and get them to you in the next day or so. I will NOT proceed with framing
until you have approved or signed off on this.
