RE: Park Commission Interview
1. Purpose. The purpose for this works session item is provide the City Council the opportunity to
interview a prospective Park Commissioner.
2. Background. The Parks Commission is made up of seven regular members who serve three year
terms. All active positions are currently filled, we are currently accepting applications for alternate
positions. The new applicant has shared interest in serving on the Park Commission and has a desire to
work with other commissioners on introducing Pickleball to Orono.
3. Applicants. The new applicants are listed below. Their applications are attached.
