Dear Ms. Mabusth:
This letter is to confirm our discussion regarding the division of the property at 4465
Bayside Road.
I am currently having deeds prepared to put the part of the property with the "Barn"
on it in my wife's and mine name. After this is accomplished, we want to do a simple
addition to our adjoining property at 4455 Bayside Road.
According to our discussion, this will not make it necessary to remove the "Barn" at
this time.
One of my concerns is that, in the future, when we divide this property, we will not
have to again pay the "Park dedication fee" for the division. Would be able to give
me a indication that this would not happen?
