As stated in the septic letter that was sent out, “According to Minnesota Rule 7080.2450 requires an
assessment of the system regularly, but no less than every three years.” So whether or not the septic
system needs to be pumped, the system still needs to be inspected every 3 years. We would like a
copy of the maintenance or inspection work that was done.

Subject: Septic Pumping
A previous customer of ours, Brad Pass, at 235 N. Arm Lane asked me to email you about the last
time we pumped. His letter that he received from you said 2014, however we did pump on 5/31/17,
took out 1000 gallons. He said the property has been vacant for several years so not sure what you
guys want to do about him for timeframe to pump again?
