Re: Accessory Structure, Barn, on Lot 2, Johnson heeler First Addition
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Johnson:
Resolution No. 3346 granting approval of the two lot lat of Johnson Wheeler lst Addition has
been enclosed for your review. Please note condition of that resolution (page 2 of 3) requires
the removal of the 30.4'x18.4' barn on Lot 2 by Octo er 11, 1994 if a building permit has not
been issued for residential construction by that date. The Building Department confirms that
plans for new residential construction have not b�een submitted. As the cunent owners of the
property, you will be required to obtain the necessary emolition permit to complete the removal
of the subject barn. This must be completed by Oct ber 11, 1994.
Please contact either Lyle Oman or Jeanne Mabusth i you have any questions pertaining to the
directives of the enclosed resolution or as to any othe requirements for obtaining a demolition
permit for the subject structure.
