A septic compliance inspection was completed, and the system is
Compliant according to the MPCA codes for Chapter 7080 and local codes
for the City of Orono in Hennepin County. The system the following
attributes:
Date Building Built: 1996
Bedrooms: 4
Date Septic Built: 1996
Septic Tanks: 2-1250-gallon tanks, manhole covers to grade. Inlet and Outlet baffles
in place.
Pump Tank: 1250 gallon pump tank, manhole cover to grade. ½ hp pump, on/off
float and alarm float in working condition during inspection.
Soil Treatment: Pressure fed mound system with a 12 and 24 inch sandlift and a
10’x50’ rockbed.
Comments: Mound has no established grass. Trees are growing branches over
mound that is shading it. Mound was not built on the contour and has more effluent on
the southside sand then the northside. Turf should be re-established and the
surrounding trees should be trimmed back to allow sun light to hit the mound.
Ende Septic Service, LLC, has been hired to perform a compliance inspection of your ISTS for compliance with local ordinances
pursuant to Minn. State. Sec. 155.55 (2010). The compliance inspection covers only the criteria required by Minn. Stat. Sec.
155.55, Subd. 5a (2010 and Minn. R. 7080.1500 (2011). A Compliance inspection is a snapshot in time of your septic system and
does not warrant the condition or longevity of your septic system. Ende Septic Service, LLC, disclaims any use of the compliance
inspection beyond determining SSTS compliance pursuant to Minn. Stat. Sec. 155.55 (2010).

Mound has no established grass or turf. There are many trees growing around the mound that is causing a shading over the top
of the mound.. Mound was not built on the contour therefore effluent is flowing to the southern portion of the mound. South side
of the mound has a 12 inch sandlift and the north side has a 24 inch sandlift. Mound has a 50' long rockbed.

system is failing to protect ground water, the system must be upgraded, replaced, or its use discontinued within the time required by
local ordinance. If an existing system is not failing as defined in law, and has at least two feet of design soil separation, then the
