Hello,
The LMCD is requesting review and comments from our partner agencies regarding an application for a
variance for a non-multiple residential dock at 4425 North Shore Drive. The homeowner is seeking a
variance for side setbacks and adjusted dock use area. Please provide any comments by December 11,
2017 or earlier. Staff may follow up specifically with your agency regarding questions.
