UWe <br /> have submitted or will submit soil borings, per tests and a detailed design. <br /> And further, UWe agree that such upgrading or re lacement will be completed no <br /> later than six months from the date of this signed agreement. This date may be <br /> extended due to the weather or other unco trollable circumstances with <br /> permission from the ISTS Program Coordinator. <br /> Performance Deposit: For the purposes of assur ng to the City that the septic <br /> improvements will be completed accarding to th terms of this agreement, the <br /> Property Owner will deposit with the City at the ti e of signing this agreement a <br /> certified check satisfactory to the City providing t at the City is able to cash the <br /> check in its sole discretion to complete the septic improvements if the Property <br /> Owner fails to satisfactorily complete the work pri r to the completion date.
