The existing s stem does not meet the required three foot separation to groundwater nor are he septic tanl<s watertight. �'he existing system is classified as a failed systezn d must be updated by August l, 2006. The inspection also indicated that th system is hydraulically loaded. This indicates breat potential for effluent co ing to the surface of the �round. Please malce the necessary arrangements to brin�the ys�em inta complian�e. You will need to contact a septic designer to do soil orings, perc. tests, and a design based upon the number of bedrooms in the ho se.
