Dear Mr. Johnson:
In regard to your letter of October 19th in which yo advised that you were having your deed
� prepared to include Lot 2 of the Johnson Wheeler su division. it will also be necessary for you
to apply at the City offices for the legal combination of the properties. Please bring copies of
the deeds and City staff will prepare the necessary aper work for application to the County
without any char�e to you.
In regard to your question concerning an additiona park dedication fee should you wish to
divide the parcels in the future, it would be staff's un erstanding that once the park fee has been.
paid under the current park dedication fee ordinanc that you would not be required to pay a
second park dedication fee. If the park dedication f e ordinance is amended calling for more
than an 8% dedication, you may be asked to pay the difference between the two fees.

if you have any questions pertaining to the legal Com ination application, please contact Lin or
Carole at the City offices.
