I will add these pictures to the property file for 2490 Old Beach Road. I also attached our information sheet on
fences. You are allowed to replace the fence, but the posts on the new fence cannot be taller than the posts on
the current fence, and the same for the railings – no railing on the new fence may be taller than the height of the
current fence. I attached the City’s information sheet on fences for your perusal.

It only runs along the private drive in our front yard, it does not go down the sides of the property (nor
will the new fence).

Hi Katie,
Following up from our exchange last year. We did not go forward with the fence, but intend to do so now.
If you recall, we are replacing an existing fence that has been in place for decades. Per your request,
below are pictures of our current fence showing its height, about six feet. The new fence will only be five
feet high. The new fence will be a traditional black metal fence, so it will be less visible than the current
white plastic fence. The fence faces a private road only. The neighbor across the road has provided the
attached letter in support of the new fence, in case it is helpful.

what you currently have and send a picture directly to me, so the City has that documentation. I know you
mentioned maybe wanting to go higher with the replacement fence, but you would have to prove practical
