This is in regards to the meter that were incorrectly placed at 2106 Sugarwood Drive. I removed
the radio read meter & put back into place your same meter.
At the time that the meter was incorrectly taken out the reading was 2601, and on October 11,
2011 the meter reading was 3025, that is a difference of 424,000 gallons and 12 more days added
to the end of quarter.
As you can see on the attached worlcsheet I used the same gallons pel• quarter that you used back
in 2008 & 2009, with a couple changes to come to a total of 424,000 gallons. The billing is
using the current fee from the rate tables for 2010 & 2011 and a difference of $ 628.71 that will
be credited to your account.
Once again I apologize for this error in the meter readings and I hope that this clears up the
