Completion of all platting requirements of Preli inary Plat Resolution No. 6209. 2. Dedication on the plat of Drainage and Utility asements as required in Resolution No. 62Q9. 3. Platting of a private road outlot 50 feet in widt designated on the plat as Outlot A, and granting to the City of a Road, Drainage and Utility Easement as well as estabfishing covenants for maintenance of said private road 4. Dedication of all Tree Preservation; Conse ation; and Wetland and Wetland Buffer Easements as required in Resolution No. 6209 5. Dedication of a Public Trail Easement over the northerly 10 feet of Outlot A. 6. Provision to the City of a title opinion for the P operty and certified copies of all recorded easements currently affecting the Property. Payment of Park Dedication Fee in the amount f $27,750. 8. Payment of Storm Water and Drainage Trunk F e in the amount of $52,684.80. 9. Execution of a devetopment agreement and provision of securities for the required improvements subject to City attorney approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE that based on the findings of Resolution No. 6209, the City Council of the City of Orono does he eby approve the five-lot plat of BAYSIDE MEADOWS, Hennepin County, Minnesota (a copy of hich is attached as Exhibit A) subject to the following conditions: 1. The Final Plat approval granted by this Res lution shall expire six months from the approval date (December 24, 2013). 2. Development within BAYSIDE MEADOWS is subject to the Conclusions, Orders and Conditions enumerated within Preliminary Plat esolution No. 6209. 3. The approvals granted in this Resolution shall ecome effective only when all conditions of approval requiring actions by the Owners ha e been satisfied. 4. The Developers shall adhere to their Conserva ion Design Master Plan consisting of the Site Ecological Summary and Project Recornm ndations regarding Conservation Design requirements by Kjolhaug Environmental S rvices (KES) dated February 6, 2013 inciuding impiementation of the invasive specie removal and maintenance provisions of the Bayside Meadows Invasive Species Manag ment Plan dated 02/26/2013 prepared by KES. 5. The City Clerk shall refease the plat documents or filing only upon certification by the City Attorney, Planning & Zoning Coordinator and ity Engineer that all requirements of the platting regutations have been satisfied. 6. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of rono with the Hennepin County Recorder on or before December 24, 2013 together with a certified original copy of this resolution and executed copies of the easements and cov nants pertinent thereto. The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if he conditions of this Resolution have not been met or the plat has not been filed by the date pecified above. in that event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Oro o for subdivision review.
