ORONO HRA MEETING
Monday,February 8,2021
6:00 o'clock p.m.
ROLL CALL
The Orono HRA met on the above-mentioned date with the following members present: Mayor Dennis
Walsh,City Council Members Richard Crosby, II,Matt Johnson,and Victoria Seals. Council Member
Aaron Printup was absent. Representing Staff were Interim City Administrator/Finance Director Ron
Olson,and City Attorney Soren Mattick.
Mayor Walsh called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m., and noted all items are on the Agenda.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
1. APPROVAL OF HRA MEETING MINUTES OF 13,2020
Johnson moved,Seals seconded,to approve the minutes of the HRA meeting of April 13,2020,as
submitted. VOTE: Ayes 5,Nays 0.
BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS
None.
CITY ADMINSTRATOR'S REPORT
2. ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Crosby moved,Seals seconded,to elect Mayor Dennis Walsh as HRA Chair,Aaron Printup as
HRA vice-chair,and Ron Olson as HRA Secretary. VOTE: Ayes 5,Nays 0.
