Dear Mr. Filbrandt:
It has come to the attention of this department that your
property at 3960 Bayside Road is being used as a duplex. The
City has no records of an�� building permits being issued to
change the house f rom a sina,Ie unit to a duplex.
This letter is to notify you that this property is located
in a single family zone and a duplex use is illegal. This use
must cease and an inspection of the property must be conducted to
determine what corrections are to be made to change it back to a
single family dwelling. Please contact me within 14 days to
arrange this inspection.
