The property with the home is on the lot <br /> addressed 3960. The existing home may conform to the required setbacks. A new home built on the property would <br /> need to conform to the setbacks and the wetland regulations. Septic sites are required if you have septic questions <br /> contact our septic system manager Willie Gibbs at 952.249.4626. A wetland delineation will be required. <br /> If you are inquiring about ALL three of the properties owned by the same person, the map contains all of the lots owned <br /> by Todd Cheslock; in total there are 3 lots owned by Cheslock containing approximately 25t acres.
