The City of Orono issued a building permit in 1998 for the house located at 3 850 Bayside Road(PID
0�-117-23-23-0038). According to the survey dated 5-28-98 completed by Mark S. Gronberg,
Licensed Surveyor of Coffin and Gronberg, Inc. indicates a FFE of 937.3'. The lake and wetland
ordinary high wrater elevation is 929.�'. The house is built at a point on the property above the
regulatory flood plain of 931.5'.
