Attachment Land Alteration Application
Proposed Work:
To move over existing driveway from property at 3770 Bayside onto the registered
easement (see copies of registered easements for propert�es owned by Stephens and
Wickland) as described on drawings, accepted and recommended by Hennepin County
Transportation Department.
Also installed will be a culvert provided by Hennepin County to help aid drainage and
visibility for ingress and egress onto Bayside Road.
This work afso satisfies Hennepin County Transportation Department as the want to see
onty one access point for the addresses of 377Q (Stephens) and 3750 (Wickland)
properties as well as the newly subdivided Valerius lot now for for sale.
Work and blacktopping to be done by Messenger Excavating.
