Dear Mr. & Mrs. Valerius:
A letter dated November 10, 1999 was mailed to the above address stating that your residence was
to connect to the municipal sewer system no later than July l, 2000. As of the date of this letter, the
connection to the sewer has not been made.
A licensed plumber must secure a permit through the City to make the connection to the sewer
system. The permit fee will be $35.50.
Your residence must be connected to the municipal sewer system no later than December 31,2000.
If the sewer connection is not made by this date, the City will have no other option but to initiate
legal proceedings.
