Re: Home Occupation - Carlson Asphalt Inc.
Dear Mr. Carlson:
' The City has received complaints about the commercial use of
your property. This letter is to inform you that you are in
violation of Orono Municipal Code Section 10.61, Subdivision 4
(G) and Section 5. 40 as defined by Section 10.20 C.
The City must require you to cease this use of the property
before June 6 , 1991. If this deadline is not met the City will
issue citations and refer the matter to the City Attorney for
further legal action. If you have any questions or if you have a
problem meeting this deadline, please feel free to contact me at
my office.
