The property is located at 3332 Bayside Road in the City of Orono. The problem is an open cistern or septic tank which is a hazard to children and animals and could be a liability to you. After the City notified you of the problem we received a phone call stating the property had changed hands and was now owned by Charles Chastian. We contacted Mr. Chastain and managed a meeting on site to discuss the problem. He indicated he would take care of it. Some time passed and the problem was not taken care of. We contacted Mr. Chastian again and he said the property returned to Info Research Associates Inc. Therefore we are again requiring you to fill in the tank to eliminate this hazard.
