(This is the responsibility of the owner and or General Contractor) This site evaluation was completed on August 20, 2020. It is for a Type 3 dwelling with and es8mated Row of450 gallons per day. Soils infornadon indicated filled and mixed axils. This system will be considered An Other System, and a Monitoring and MRigation plan will need to be developed and signed by the homeowner. An above grade drainfield will be used to meet the 3 -foot separation from the seasonal high watmable as required by MPCA Agency Rules and Standards. Chapter 7080,81.
