Ladies and Gentlemen:
It was my understanding we were meeting tomorrow (Thursday) at 9:00 for the preclosing --
now it is Friday?
Attached is a proposed list of recording documents.Please review for any oversights and
let me know what they are.
Please email/fax me copies of all Deeds, Mortgages, Affidavits of Purchaser of Registered
Land, CRV's, the Ground Lease, the Memorandum of Lease (if any), and the Easement.
We have the Plat in our office and it is ready to record.
I will need the Federal I.D. number for Orono Senior Housing, LLC and the Orono HRA. I
also need the Social Security Numbers for the Rebers.
What are the amounts of the 1st and 2nd Mortgages?
Please email/fax me the Sworn Construction Statement and the Project Cost Statement.
