CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORIZED BORROWER REPRESENTATIVE
AS TO ANY CHANGES SINCE THE DATE OF SURVEY
The undersigned Authorized Borrower Representative of Orono Senior Housing,
LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company(the "Borrower"),hereby certifies to the best of his or
her knowledge that to and including the date hereof there have been no changes to the Land (as
defined in the Loan Agreement, dated as of November 1, 2001 (the "Loan Agreement"), by and
between the Borrower and the City of Orono,Minnesota which would make inaccurate the attached
survey certified by the surveyor as to the Land.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have executed this Certificate in the name of ORONO
