1) Site Address: 4340 Lakeview Court, Orono, Minnesota, 55364
2) Flood Zone Information: This property appears to lie in Zone X (Area determined to be outside the
0.2% annual chance floodplain) per Flood Insurance Rate Map, Community Panel No. 27053CO285F,
effective date of November 4th, 2016.
3) Parcel Area Information: Gross Area: 86,608 S.F. - 1.99 Acres
4) Benchmark: Elevations are based on development Benchmark located Lots 1/2, Block 2,
