I am prepared for you to tell me NO to this request, but hi just about choked when I saw my most recent water bill amount. My wife
and I figured out that our 3 year-old must have turned on the garden hose a while back and the water ran and ran. We couldn't figure
out why our sump pump kept being activated, we thought it was just the rain. We have since addressed the issue but are wondering if
there is any relief you could grant us for the mistake which resulted in a super high water bill. I fully acknowledge this is our fault and
that bills need to be paid, but if you have any leniency, we would really appreciate it.
