I've reviewed the as built and conducted a site visit. The as built is approved.
Note- I believe Melanie had asked Gronberg to include the items in the ROW from the Church Residence to close that
project out as well. Other than the driveway, those improvements were not depicted. It does appear that all of the
ROW landscaping is done on both sides.
