This home was sold in October of 2003 and the balance of the
assessment due you was paid by Village Title. We are in the
process of filing the taxes for Virginia for the year 2003 and
need some help in computing any costs that are taxable on this
house.
Could you please furnish the following:
1 ) The original amount of total assessment.
2 ) Any other assessments that have qone against this property
since 1965 to 2003 .
3 ) Any building permits for additions that you show having been
made to this property.
You have on file in your office a copy of Gerald's death
certificate and the court order appointing us as conservators for
Virginia's affairs.
