The City is in receipt of your building permit application which was received by this office on June 12, 2006. This application cannot continue to be processed at this time as the proposed construction requires a variance. The variance approval granted by Resolution No. 5223 (zoning file #04-3043) expired on August 23, 2005. I have attached a copy of this resolution for your records. In order to move forward with your building permit application you must re-apply for the variance as a renewal application. The application deadline for the July Planning Commission meeting is Wednesday, June 21 at noon.
