Dear Mr. Bolterman,
In regard to your letter of July 9, 2004, please be advised that boat MN5879GT is now
owned by me and titled and registered in my name.
This boat was previously owned by my daughter and her husband. They are currently
expecting their third child and find that they do not have much time to use the boat.
Therefore, we have chosen to buy it and use it as a ski boat for all of our children and
grandchildren.

Dear Mr. McCune:
This letter is regarding the boats that are docked at your property. Orono does not allow
dockage of boats that are not registered to the property residents. After checking the
registrations of the boats on your property it was found that one of the boats is not
registered to your property. Please remove the boat (MN5879GT) that is not registered
to you by July 23, 2004.
