Melanie: We made RLS No. 1719 in 2001 for Kirt Woodhouse. He is selling Tract A and we are staking
out the tract and the building area. On the attached survey (The West parcel is Tract A) we had
shown some setbacks for the LR-1A zoning. We must have had some discussions with the city then
on setbacks because it isn’t clear cut. We has shown 30 feet on the east side and 30 feet on the west
side along the private driveway Tract D and then transitioned to 50 feet on the north. We also
showed 26 feet from the wetland which is no longer in effect. Does this look reasonable or do you
have some other suggestions.
