Hi Lyle,
Here is the information on the revised deck � patio area I would like you to look at. I have
done some hardcover calculations and the revised estimated structural coverage would be
2330 sf, based on adding the whole deck and patio to the previously proposed total.
I also checked the site measurements and determined that the East edge of the new deck
would b� approx 54' from the edge of the alley where a 50' setback is required.
I also includ�d the revised plan as well as the original plan. Based on the original deck being.
part of the plans of the current �pen permit, and the hardcover and setback issues being within
allowable ranges, would I be able to proceed after City of Orono review without applying far a
new permit?
I'm don't know why I didn't catch the deck not being on fihe survey, where is shows to be
removed. I failed to bring that up during the variance process and assumed it was understood
that the originally planned deck was acceptable as it was essentially being rebuilt in its original
locafiion. l apologize for any cnnfusion.
