LR-1A zoning district is referenced in code sections 78-301 to 78-305. • If the existing home were removed/demolished current zoning setbacks would need to be met: 0 50' from Bay Ridge Rd; 0 50' from North Shore Drive; and 0 50' from Shoreline Drive 0 30' from neighboring property to the South • Property is within 1000' of the lake, Hardcover Information Sheet is attached • Building Height Information Sheet is attached If the home were to be demolished a demolition permit will need to be applied for and a zoning disclosure form will be prepared and need to be signed by the property owners. For a building permit, submit plans with and updated survey (requirements attached), along with a Building Permit Escrow of $2,500.
