The Building & Zoning Department is in receipt of your
application for a building permit, which was received by this
office on May 24 , 1989. A review of the application finds that
a number of variances are required in order to construct the ;,.

proposed garage addition: �
l. Street setback variance. ;
2. Hardcover variance. .
A brief review of the hardcover on the property indicates
your hard surface is already at a level of 33� where only 25� is
allowed.
Please contact me at 473-7357 to discuss the procedures for �
a variance should you wish to proceed. Note that the deadline
date for applications for the June 19th Planning Commission .
meeting is noon on Friday, May 26th. The earliest feasible City
Council approval date would be July lOth. A copy of the variance
application form is attached.
