HomeMy WebLinkAboutcorrespondence/complaint Christine Mattson From: McDonnell, Brad [BMcDonnell@Watlow.com] Sent: Wednesday, June 11, 2014 2:50 PM To: Christine Mattson Subject: FW: 1416 Baldur Park Road. Attachments: image.jpeg; Video.MOV; photo.JPG; ATT00001.txt; image.jpeg; ATT00002.bct; image.jpeg; ATT00003.Uct; IMG_1716.mov Hi Christine, I stopped into Orono City building at noon today and talked briefly with you, regarding 1416 Baldur Park Road resident's lack of respect towards us, McDonnell's resident, 1420 Baldur Park Road; regarding, storing/discarding, garbage containers, leaf bags, chairs, Leaves, sticks, within a few feet or closer to our property. We, have tried to communicate our frustration with Marcia Peterson for many years, to have her stop these actions, but she refuses to care, listen to my wife, Cindy and I. She just says to us, "act like I don't exist and don't talk to me". If you can't communicate with a person, all channels are broken. We, Cindy, and I are asking that the residents of 1416 Baldur Park Road adhere to the laws of Orono home ownership. We ask that you intervene, and look into this issue. Please have Marcia stop storing and placing her garbage cans next to our property, remove fencing along the lake, chairs, properly discard leaf garbage bags and old caged pile of leaves along the lake front. The pictures and video show what I am referring to. Please look over and I would appreciate a call, to better understand what can be done to resolve this issue with our direct neighbor.
