A site inspection and monitoring by District staff will be performed where the

Vogstrum needs to apply for new Erosion Control and Floodplain Alteration permits from
MCWD. (I can't even find copies of the first permits in the file.). After you figure out how
much you are going to charge him, would you call and tell him this also?
