Setbacks: Street — 30' or 75' from lake, whichever is farther from lake; Side 10'; Lake 75' or line drawn between houses on either side of lot, whichever is father from lake. Hardcover: No hardcover allowed on portion of lot within 75' of lake (both sides), 25% for remaining portion of lot. Building lot coverage: 15% of lot or 1,500 square feet, whichever is larger. The site is not completely vegetated. Please keep erosion control measures in place until vegetation is established. Established vegetation is required before certificate of occupancy will be issued. 2. The as-built survey does not include a depiction of the swales shown on the approved site plan. A site inspection revealed visible swales. Please have the swales shown on the as-built survey along with swale elevations. 3. There are four(4) catch basins for downspouts, but they are not shown on the as-built survey. Please show. 4. The survey should reflect the 4" drain tile the catch basins are associated with.
