RE: Variance Application Packet
Dear Mr. Miller:

I have enclosed the variance application packet you have requested for the covered walk extension
to the roof line of the house. The extended roof line constitutes a structural addition to the total
hardcover previously approved for the property.
Because the application�vill be applied for after the�vork has been completed,the variance request
is an after the fact application requirin�a double fee. The total variance application fee is$500. The
following items are requested to complete your after the fact variance application:
❑ Completed Application Form and �500 after the fact variance application fee.
❑ Certified Property O�vners List of owners within 1 SO', labels and plat map(you must obtain
this list, labels and map from Hennepin County Department of Finance, they can be
contacted at (612) 348-5910). They will need to kno�v from you the property address or
property identification number for the lot the variance is being requested. , �
❑ Updated Certificate of Survey(signed by a licensed surveyor)for the property and new roof
extension. In addition, provide one (1) copy 8'/2" x 11" for reproduction.
❑ List of the legal names(include marital status)of all persons with an interest in the property.
This �vould include name of applicant if not current o«ner. � �
Please note the deadline for filin� an application for the April 16, 2001 Planning Commission
meeting is noon on Wednesday, March 21, 2001.
