Mr. Gaffron, you may recall our meeting some time ago when we discussed possible relocation of
the driveway on behalf of Mr. Puzak. The settlement discussions with the Wingerds thereafter
eventually broke down and the litigation resumed which resulted in another order in favor of Mr.
Puzak. We continue to represent him in connection with matters relating to the Baldur Park
Road property.
I understand that the Wingerds have applied for a variance in order to reconfigure their garage
access. Since my client owns easement rights in Lot 20 as afFirmed by the Hennepin County
District Court in the order he provided you, please provide me copies of any documents related
to this variance application, including the application, plans, survey, correspondence, memos,
etc. If there is anything more that I need to do to obtain such documents please advise.
