The permit is denied at this time for the following reasons: 1) The map provided was not sufficient to allow a determination of the proposed burn location,and if it was intended to be on Lot 21 it would appear to be too close to the adjacent home and less than 50'from adjacent lot lines. 2) We found no brush pile other than logs and brush piled at the lakeshore at the very north end of the property. This did not appear to be intended for a brush disposal fire. � 3) There clearly are practical alternatives to burning for disposal of the material that was on site. It can be hauled away. 4) Baldur Park Road is in minimally passable condition due to the recent flooding. Sand and fabric barriers are still in place at the roadside. Accessibility for emergency vehicles is limited. No burning of anv kind is allowed during DNR Burnin�Bans. Prohibited Materials Include: refuse, leaves,oils,rubber,plastics,tires,building materials and chemically treated materials such as railroad ties,treated lumber,composite shingles,tar paper,insulation,and composition board,sheet rock,wiring,and paint,hazardous and industrial solid waste. This permit mav be revoked should anv or all of the following conditions exist: 1. A fire hazard elcists or develops during the course of the burn. 2. A public safety hazard exists or may exist if the burn is implemented or is allowed to continue. 3. Any conditions agreed to have been violated.
