BAERTSCHI <br />paul@tablawmn.com <br />Ms. Frickstad appeared in court on April 28 and we resolved the above two cases. One <br />was a hard cover surface violation and the other was failing to properly maintain the yard and <br />grounds at the above address. Ms. Frickstad pled guilty to the hard surface violation and the <br />other case was dismissed as part of the plea negotiation. She received a stay of adjudication on <br />the guilty plea and she will pay $1000.00 in costs to the City. As long as she has no new zoning <br />and/or property maintenance -type violations at the end of the year, the plea will be vacated and <br />the case dismissed. The $1000.00 is due within 30 days. <br />Ms. Frickstad told me that they have now contracted with a professional lawn <br />maintenance company to keep the property up to code and that she and her family will be <br />moving in this summer to ensure that there are no future, violations. Please keep an eye on the <br />property for me and if there are violations contact me as soon as possible. Thanks for your help <br />on this case. <br />Sincerely, <br />teven M.
