I understand you wish to combine the properties identified by the followi�g Property '
Identification Numbers (PIDs) 90-117-23-31-0030 and 10-11-23-31-0031 for tax purposes. In
order to complete your request the City will need a written request to do so signed by all parties
with interest in the properties and copies of the deed(s) pertaining to the two PIDs. Once we
receive the information we will fonruard it to Hennepin County along with our written request.
This action will simply combine the properties for tax purposes; i.e. one tax statement for both.
Please note, you wil( require bofh City and County approval to un-do this tax cornbination if you
wish to do so in the future.
