HomeMy WebLinkAbout2009 Sugarwood Dr Sewer Inspection - Drain Busters/ / Sewer Inspection Report Date: 12-23-19 Service Tech: Miles Property Address of Sewer Inspection: 2009 Sugarwood Dr, Long Lake, Minnesota Location of Access used to Inspect w/ camera: Floor access in the mechanical room Estimated Distance of Line Inspected towards City Sewer: ?? ft. Type(s) of Piping Material: Plastic (0 to 132.2 Notes from Drain Tech: The pipe inspected shows no need for major repairs or replacement in the portion I could inspect. I was unable to reach the city sewer due to a bend in the pipe. I don’t think we are too far away from the city sewer connection. There was good pitching inside the line as there was a small stream of water all the way to the city sewer connection. I do not see any need for drain cleaning today and no evidence of cracks or breaks were seen today. I do recommend you refrain from flushing any items such as flushable wipes, tampons, paper towels and dental floss. Those items the sidewalls and potentially cause a backup. Miles Winkler Please note: Today we performed a visual inspection of the inside of your sewer pipe only. Any distance measurements are estimates and will not be exact. It is impossible to know what the outside of any sewer pipe condition is, so getting the opinions of the sewer inspector is NOT a guarantee of the pipes life expectancy! If we are recommending a sewer replacement almost every city has a preferred contractor dig list. Getting at least 3 estimates for the repair work is recommended to insure you get a fair market price. And last, please have your contractor do a pipe locate for a more accurate repair and dig location, before any repair is started.
