EASEMENT AGREEMENT
Dated: March i $ , 2002.
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Coffee Landings, a Minnesota Partnership,
Grantor, hereby conveys and warrants to Gabriel Jabbour, Grantee, a perpetual,
irrevocable easement over and upon real property in Hennepin County, Minnesota,
described as follows:
Tract F, Registered Land Survey Number 1216, Hennepin County
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Grantor hereby grants to Grantee, his invitees, successors, and assigns,
including if applicable, the public, exclusive use and enjoyment of that portion of
Tract F lying southerly of the westerly extension of the northern boundary line of
Tract G, Registered Land Survey, Hennepin County, lying above the ordinary
high water line, Lake Minnetonka.
2. Grantor hereby grants to Grantee, his invitees, successors, and assigns,
including if applicable, the public, non-exclusive use and enjoyment of that
portion of Tract F lying southerly of the westerly extension of the northern
boundary line of Tract G, Registered Land Survey, Hennepin County, lying below
the ordinary high water line, Lake Minnetonka.
