Dear Mr. Oman,
My client, Steven D. Coddon, has informed me that you have inspected the existing cabin
on the property described above, a lawfully existing non-conforming structure. In the event that
you have determined this cabin to be"unsafe", please advise Mr. Coddon of the specific repairs,
etc. he would have to complete in order to "place this structure in a safe condition" pursuant to
City of Orono Ordinance No. 33, codified as Section 78-71(a)(3).
