Thanks for your email. Yes, City staff recently had a meeting with LMCD staff to discuss this, and other, properties
suspected of violating one or both entities'dock use and dock rental rules.
Unfortunately, there is not much I can share with you regarding the details of the City's investigation on any complaint. I
know this can be quite frustrating for you but I wouldn't want to compromise the ongoing investigation. I can share that
we are pursuing legal actions to remedy the illegal docks and illegal rental situation. We would like to resolve this
quickly, however the legal process does not often move very fast and the situation may not resolve during this boating
season.
Please feel free to check in with me from time to time as to the status of the situation. It would be helpful to me and
other City staff if you were able to designate a neighborhood spokesperson to contact the City so we aren't inundated
with multiple requests for status updates on the same issue, etc.
Also, if you have additional information as the summer continues that you feel would assist the investigation or legal
process please feel free to provide it to me.

Lake Minnetonka Conservation District(LMCD) Executive Director Greg Nybeck asked me to
document the watercraft storage located on Mr. Frederick Puzak's properties in North Arm Bay. On
July 8th and 11th'2013, I documented two docking sites on the south side of his properties. One site
was located on the southwest edge and the other further to the southeast(in front of a small
structure). The following watercraft registration numbers were documented at each of the respective
