To Whom It May Concern,
On September 27th, at approximately 8:30 AM, I was leaving the neighborhood and was nearly hit in
what would have been a head-on collision, by one of Fred Puzak's Marina Renters. See the map below
where I have colored the location of my car in green, and the location and direction of the renter in
blue.

My home is the next home west from the top left of the map. Fred's Puzak's summer home is the last
home going west (left) on the map. I was approaching North Shore Drive when the marina renter
entered Baldur Park Road at a speed I estimated at 40 MPH. The driver had not slowed from the speed
he had while on North Shore and was nearly on 2 wheels as he swerved to miss me. I backed the car up;
observed the young driver who was not someone who lives in the neighborhood, enter Fred Puzak's
property. I called the Orono Police Department immediately to make a report. I did not get a license
plate as this would have been difficult without a confrontation. Please note that this was at 8:30 in the
morning and the school bus stop is just below the arrow on the map.
Baldur Park Road, as seen below, is a narrow road which narrows to around 10-12' by the time you
reach the end of the road.

I find it hard to imagine a less desirable
location for a marina and ask that you do everything necessary,for the safety of those who live on or
near Baldur Park Road,to prevent this ill-planned marina from continuing to do business on Baldur Park
Road.
