Because of the high seasonally water table the existing system is failing and will require a replacement mound type system. All boring measurements are in inches unless otherwise noted. The soils are located on the crown and shoulder slope of a knoll. The parent material is glacial till with loamy colluvium in the Hamel soils. The soils are typed as being Hamel Loam and Lester Clay Loam by the USDA soils survey. The primary site is in Hamel soils with some runoff covering the site. There was no bedrock or water present in the borings.
