Dear Routson:
I received a call from the DNR representative in charge
of the crew cleaning the Luce Line Trail stating that an open pipe
was spilling soapy water into the trail right-of-way.
VJhen I arrived there, I saw the pipe but there was no
effluent coming from the pipe, but there ^^R1S evidence that it had
b^n.
The only discharge alloi^ed above the ground is surface
water, and that is only alloR^ed on your nioperty. Please make
adjustments accordingly.
